He has product and project management skills and has effectively implemented Digital Transformation & Digital Banking, Comprehensive AML, Core Banking System, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), IT Security & Risk Assessment, Agent Banking System, Card Management System, Document Management System. He has proven credentials in building customer base through Mobile Financial Services and Green Banking Services. Ashraf thrives under tight deadlines; effective team leader and collaborator with strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Dr. Mohammad Sohrab Uddin is a veteran Central Banker having experience in the fields of Economics, Statistics, Computer Science and Actuarial Science. The Computer Science department of Bangladesh Bank was established through his hands. He has worked in the capacity of Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, worked in the actuarial department of insurance companies in the UK and Australia, carried out pension /gratuity fund valuation for a number of companies including banks and multinational companies, Senior Economist/Advisor of the Central Bank of Oman and also the Director General of BIBM. Dr. Sohrab is currently providing Actuarial Services as an Actuary at a number of Life Insurance companies in Bangladesh.
